Standard reservation:
- When booking under standard conditions, a prepayment of 30% is required for the requested period. After making the required deposit within 30%, the reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed. The rest of the amount due is paid at the reception at the time of check-in.
Cancellation or in case of cancellation or change of reservation:
- up to 14 days before the date of accommodation no penalty is due. The prepaid amount is refunded to the customer.
In case of cancellation, shortening or postponement of the stay of the reservation:
- 14 days or less than 14 days before the date of accommodation - a penalty of 30% is paid.
In case of no show of the client, a penalty in the amount of:
the amount of 30% in the reserved double room, studio or apartment.
